Refund & Return Policy – Toy Chest Pakistan

Toy Chest Pakistan specializes in carefully inspected pre-loved toys, games, and educational resources. Because these items are previously owned, minor cosmetic wear may be present. Any significant damage or missing parts that affect gameplay will be mentioned in the product description.

Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are offered only in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged or faulty
• The item is missing major parts that were not mentioned in the listing
• You received the wrong item

Small cosmetic wear or minor pieces that do not affect gameplay may not always be mentioned and do not qualify for returns.

Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition it was received
• The item must be unused after delivery
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Partial Refund Option

In some situations, if a toy or game is slightly incomplete but still playable, Toy Chest Pakistan may offer a 30–50% partial refund if the customer prefers to keep the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your bank account

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges if a customer simply does not like or enjoy a toy or game. Returns are accepted only for the reasons listed above.
